Bilal Skaf is an Australian convicted felon of serial gang rapes. He is currently serving his 31-year prison sentence with a non-parole period of 28 years.
Skaf is considered one of the notorious sex offenders as he had initiated serial gang rapes of young teen Australian females back in 2000. The incident is known as Sydney Gang Rapes.
Bilal was the leader of other 13 Lebanese-Australian men, which also included his younger brother Mohammed Skaf and they had caused four gang rapes.
His younger brother Mohammed is likely to be set free on parole as of August out of his 42 years prison sentence. His parole was rejected in 2019 as Mohammed still blames his victims for the rapes.

Meet Bilal Skaf Wife Or Fiance
Bilal Skaf is not married; hence, he doe not have a wife or fiance since he has been behind the bars since 2002. However, he was formerly engaged to his fiance whose identity is not on display.
He was even supported by his fiancee during his trial but broke up with him in March 2003 after he was convicted of his heinous crimes. Since then, Bilal has been open about his hate and ill-intention for her.
He has been trying to threaten his former fiancee by sending letters via his mother and his visitors. His mother was barred from visiting all NSW jails for a period of two years in September 2002 after the mother-son duo was caught handling the letters.
Similarly, in July 2003, he was caught with hand-drawn pictures of violence and gang rapes against his former fiancée. Moreover, his fiancee had revealed that after she called off the engagement she was constantly receiving threat calls and letters.
Where Is Bilal Skaf Now?
Bilal Sikaf is currently incarcerated at Goulburn’s Supermax, New South Wales.
The prison is a supermaximum security prison for males where he initially thought he would be respected as a Lebanese inmate.
However, he was attacked by other Lebanese-Australian inmates for bringing shame to their people. He was again attacked by two other inmates in 2015 where he sustained serious facial injuries.
Bilal Skaf Charges & Sentence Explained
Bilal Skaf was initially charged with a total of 55 years imprisonment for his roles in three gang rapes.
But, he had his sentence reduced by the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal to 28 years, with no parole for the first 22 years.
However, on 28 July 2006, Acting Justice Jane Mathews added another ten years to his sentence for his role in the 12 August rape. He will be eligible for parole from 11 February 2033.
Bilal was again charged with sending mail containing white powder to a corrections department official from prison in an apparent hoax terrorist act. He is also known for threatening the prison’s guards.
